is adhd coaching right for you?
If any of these are true, this might be for you.
Does it often feel like your mind is a chaotic whirlwind, making it agonizingly difficult to focus on a single task?
Are you haunted by the relentless ticking of the clock with a never-ending cycle of lateness and missed deadlines?
Does the mess and disarray in your space serve as a constant reminder of your inability to stay organized?
Does the weight of procrastination bear down on you while your to-do list grows like an ominous storm cloud?
Let me start by telling you
a story...
What I’ve found is that most adults with ADHD feel perpetually overwhelmed. They worry that they’ll drop the ball on something important and that others will lose confidence in them.
They’re frustrated that they can’t seem to get on top of everything and worse, they fear they’ll be exposed as an imposter.
Most of them don’t know what they need to do next, so they seek out quick fixes, or turn to avoidance tactics, thinking that if they can just get that next thing done and pretend everything is great, life will be perfect.
But the reality is that things will NEVER improve until they stop waiting for that ideal moment and instead, start creating change now.
In order to create a breakthrough, and experience the balanced and vibrant life they crave, they have to embrace a new mindset and adopt a few core strategies that are proven to work for adults with ADHD.
Hi, my name is .
Ranya
And I have ADHD.
I used to think I had to do it all.
My life was filled with shoulds.
I should be more organized.
I should be more disciplined.
I should have it all together by now.
Which meant I always felt like I was failing.
It wasn’t until I had tired of paying the “ADHD Tax” and nearly ruined my closest relationships that I truly reconsidered the life I was leading.
I knew something drastic needed to change.
That’s when I got serious about learning all I could about the way my brain works and how to manage my life better.
When I learned new strategies to not only overcome my daily challenges, but to actually thrive, I felt compelled to help others do the same....and that is what gave birth to the Tomato Crushers ADHD community.
HERE’S what you should know...
focused
The vast majority of adults with an ADHD nervous system are not overtly hyperactive. They are hyperactive internally. They pay too much attention to everything. Together, we will work to increase your ability to focus on the right things.
targeted
The ADHD brain excels in some domains and typically struggles with executive functioning skills. Our targeted approach allows you to leverage your ADHD strengths while developing the areas you find challenging.
customized
The main struggle for people with ADHD is that they were given a neurotypical owner’s manual at birth. The solution is to allow them to create their own unique approach without trying to get them to fit into a “box” or one-size-fits-all approach.
Imagine if you could break free from the shackles of procrastination and self-doubt.

FAQ
What if I can't afford the program right now?
I hear you and I've been there. Taking a leap and investing in yourself is a huge decision. All I can do is speak from my own experience; when I invest in myself, I never regret it. Based on the experiences of other clients, it is truly a matter of you can’t afford NOT to participate.
I'm so busy - will I have time to get results?
The membership is structured so that you can participate as often as you like depending on your schedule. That said, much like a gym membership, the more consistently you attend, the better results you will see. Even attending for a single 1 hour session every week to plan your week will help you feel a greater sense of control and confidence.
How will this help me?
This community will help you by providing you with tools, support, and strategies to build upon your strengths as an adult with ADHD. You will better know how to manage time, overcome distractions, and so much more.
Do I have to have an ADHD diagnosis to join the program?
The program is designed for those with ADHD or ADHD-like qualities. A diagnosis or even having ADHD is not required to attend. The strategies learned can benefit all types of brains. Our focus though will be in supporting neurodivergent brains.
Why is it called Tomato Crushers?
Staying focused and on task can be a challenge for those with ADHD, and that is one reason we are big fans of the Pomodoro method of working which involves sprints of work time, and frequent breaks. Pomodoro is Italian for Tomato, so Tomato Crushers reflects how we will grow our capacity to crush segments of focus time, and ultimately meet our goals.
